These are the changes we've made:

SOLID GROUND™ Painting Panels

More Affordable! You can buy SOLID GROUND™ panels for 18% - 50% less than before, depending on size. (You'll see the biggest savings on the smallest and, especially, the largest sizes.)
Thinner and lighter! We've gone to a standard 1/4" panel, from our old 3/8" thickness. This brings the weight of the panels down to only 1 lb. per sq. ft., from their old weight of 1 1/3 lbs., and offers a considerable cost savings.
New surface finishes. We've made two great new "standard" surface finishes – smooth and textured. (Our four old textures are still available, as a "custom finish" option.) You can read about them on our Ordering Information page.
New edge treatment. We've gone to straight, smooth-cut edges as our standard. (Our old hand-finished edges are available as an option.)
Faster turn-around! Many of our panel orders will now be able to ship within a week!

SOLID GROUND™ Pastel Panels

New surface finishes. Our surface finishes are better than ever. They're a little smoother, yet they hold even more color. Color application feels smoother and creamier. We've reduced the number of available finishes to two: smooth and medium.
Large-size panels are more affordable.
New edge treatment. We've gone to straight, smooth-cut edges as our standard.
Faster turn-around! Many of our panel orders will now be able to ship within a week!
